Introduction
The aim of the Human Resources Management Associate Degree Program is to train qualified human resources employees. As it is known, business life today invests heavily in human resources in order to stay ahead of the competition. For this reason, the need for qualified human resources employees is increasing day by day. As a result of globalization, economic, technological and political developments, there are very important changes in both administrative and economic fields. National and international companies, which have become important elements of globalization due to these developments, implement various change and development programs, especially human resources, in order to protect and maintain their existence. The success of this change and development depends primarily on the management philosophy that will gather its employees around a vision, and the importance and perspective it attaches to human resources. The primary goals of companies are to make profit and grow. However, these are results. The important thing is how to reach this result with which human resources. The most important capital of the enterprises is machinery, facilities, technology, product design etc. However, the most important capital is human resources. It is the human resource that will use these machines, technology or the financial capital of the enterprise effectively and efficiently. For this purpose, even though businesses have all kinds of tangible assets, they will be able to provide their difference, productivity, efficiency and competitive advantage with human resources in today's economy where global competition is fierce. Therefore, there is a need for qualified and qualified manpower to take part in the supply of qualified human resources needed in every field in our country and the utilization of this resource in the most appropriate way to the needs of the sectors.
Title of the Graduates of the Programme
Graduates of the program will have a two-year associate degree and will receive the title of "Human Resources Professional Staff".

Graduates who successfully complete the Human Resources Management Associate Degree Program can work in all public institutions and private enterprises with the title of "Human Resources Professional Person". Human Resources Professionals can become "Human Resources Specialists" or "Human Resources Managers" if they complete a license degree. Since the graduates will have an important knowledge in many subjects such as business life, business life, human resources functions, business life legislation, e-business processes; After completing the program, they can also start their own business and enter business life.
Internship staj
In accordance with the provisions of ÇOMÜ Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Examination Regulation and the Regulation on Principles and Procedures Regarding the Education, Practice and Internship of Vocational School Students in METEB, published in the Official Gazette dated 22/05/2002 and numbered 24762, by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education. In order for them to be entitled to receive an internship, it is obligatory to do an internship for 30 working days in official-private sector organizations related to their programs and at workplaces in similar organizations abroad. Students are obliged to do their internship at the internship places approved by the Vocational School Internship and Education Application Commission, in accordance with the internship directive and program. Continuing education students complete their internship in II. They can do it starting from the end of the semester.
