Strengths

- The school has sufficient physical facilities (classroom, laboratory, canteen, sports fields)

- The presence of a computer laboratory used by all programs, a Marine and Port Management Laboratory, and laboratories belonging to Tourism and Hotel Management Programmes.

- The presence of automation programs needed specifically for programs in the computer laboratory and the ability to use them effectively

- High program occupancy rates

- The program training plans must be updated and have a dynamic structure

- Availability of practical courses in addition to theoretical courses

- The maximum number of academic staff has been provided on the basis of the department 

- Having a high quality of education, experienced, dynamic, experienced, strong and qualified academic staff specializing in different disciplines

- The large number of faculty members in different specialties, the fact that the faculty members continue their graduate education

- Academic staff to produce qualified works in their own fields, to produce projects

-The absence of a KYK dormitory for male and female students

- Housing problems caused by the absence of the KYK in Gallipoli.

- Limitation of library resources and effective use within the Vocational School

- Students' physical transportation opportunities to the central library are relatively limited

- The fact that the number of enterprises in the field of industry, trade and tourism sector in the district and in the provincial center of Çanakkale is low, therefore, the university cooperation of the sector cannot be realized.

Opportunities

- development of the existing transportation network with the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge, which is planned to be opened in 2023
